Reading your Myspace page you seem like a down to earth person, how important is it that you stay humble?

It's very important to stay humble, to stay true to the person that I really am. I remember my struggles and all I have been through the ups and downs. People have come and gone and especially the ones that helped me get to where I'm at right now. I appreciate and thank them.  

With radio being dominated by Hip-Hop, do you think it's harder for an R&B artist to get their music heard on the radio?

I don't think it hard for R&B artists to get their music heard. I mean hip-hop is dominating but the DJs just have to give them a chance

With so many music artist crossing over to film, are there in plans in the work for you to start acting?

I am concentrating only on my music at this point in my life. I have been working very hard at it and it is my top priority. I don't see myself acting I was never really good in Drama class in school. But you never know what the future holds.

How do balance your career with your personal time?

I must admit I do work a lot. But when I'm not working I try to relax. I like watching TV and I like baking (not cooking).

You're only 20, and known world wide, what's next for you?

I want do a crossover album in Portuguese. I am Brazilian and I speak fluently as well as sing in Portuguese, so it would be nice to take it back to my roots.
